SUMMER LESSONS

Instructor Schedules: The ArCoNet faculty will provide a semester schedule/calendars to families. This calendar will highlight specific dates for each instructor.

Make Up Policy – Each student is allowed one unexcused absence per semester for family emergencies. Other lesson conflicts on part of the student will be arranged on a case by case basis. It is the discretion of the instructor to schedule makeup classes for non-emergency cancellations. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, a makeup class will be provided during the semester. There must be 24 hour notification for emergency cancellations and at least 72 hour notification for all other non-emergency conflicts, otherwise the lesson will be considered a non-excused absent.

Payment Options: Families are given the option to pay the semester fees in full or in installment payment plan.

1) Payment In Full: All semester fees are due at REGISTRATION.

2) Installment Payment Plan: This option breaks down the tuition of ArCoNet private lesson program fees into three installment payments due by:

Fall Semester: October, November, and December.

Spring Semester: March, April, and May.  

There is a $10 processing fee to be included on the payment plan.

Late Fees: A $20 late fee will be added if payment is not received by ArCoNet on the due date. Late fees will be strictly enforced this year by ArCoNet.

Family Discount: A 5% Family Discount will be applied to the second child (lesser time slot). A 10% Family Discount will be applied to the third child (lesser time slot)

Private Lesson Recitals – Two solo recitals will be scheduled in the Winter and the Spring. A $35 Recital fee applies to all students participating. The $35 recital fee includes the cost of piano accompaniment, venue and administrative costs.
